walk with curiosity and with an open mind towards your most difficult emotions without resistance

open up your compassion-by feeling your own feelings you can open up your feelings to the world

this is an opportunity for growth- through whimsical curiosity

purpose-passion (makes us feel that we're not doing enough/right) replace with curiosity (stakes are so much lower)

curiosity=simple universal experience to look at something a little bit closer- slow down

creative environment- isolate from outside stimuli- discipline, be a steward of your senses

we think if we can “figure it out” we can avoid suffering- allow ourselves to feel (have the courage)

resilience is our shared genetic inheritance- relax into it and trust

creativity at this time is different, we are creating new worlds and new lives on the other side of this

an openness, a curiosity- think of this time as a “retreat” (be present with yourself) and allow that
